Sports

At aLphabet, sports is where students discover what their bodies and minds are truly capable of. Energy meets purpose. Every sprint, every jump, every game is about pushing limits, finding confidence, and celebrating growth together.

In the PYP

Students dive into Physical Education (PE) classes that spark a love for movement, teamwork, and fitness. These early experiences build the foundation for a lifelong connection with sport and well-being.

In the MYP

Physical and Health Education (PHE) moves to the next level. Students not only practice skills and sports but also explore topics like nutrition and fitness, shaping a deeper understanding of a healthy, balanced life.

In the DP

Sports becomes a powerful balance to academic rigor, providing a space to release energy, sharpen focus, and maintain peak body and mind. It's a stage where leadership, resilience, and self-discipline shine.
